William & Mikayla’s Ravensthorpe Estate Wedding: Sparks, Smiles and a Proper Party

A first dance with sparks flying, then a dancefloor full of friends letting loose. William and Mikayla’s wedding at Ravensthorpe Estate on 4 November 2022 had some pretty special moments, and these photos bring the reception energy straight back.

KJ Images captured the lovely bits and the party bits beautifully. The two of them wrapped up in their first dance, hands in the air later on, and plenty happening behind the decks.

A first dance with a little extra wow

Low-lying fog across the floor. Sparks lighting up behind them. And William and Mikayla right in the middle of it, completely focused on each other.

That black-and-white shot of William lifting Mikayla is a favourite. The festoon lights overhead and the sparks either side frame the moment so well. A pretty great photo to look back on together.

Then everyone gets involved

Once the party gets going, the photos have a whole different feel. Colour, movement, arms around friends and guests giving it a go. Exactly the kind of energy we love seeing on a wedding dancefloor.

I love how KJ Images has caught the light trails in these shots. You get a sense of the movement, with people right in the middle of enjoying themselves.
